A young man who hates his half sister because he feels his father should have saved his relationship with his mother instead of being with another woman. Spends a Day so long, when things turn around and he realises that family is best, no matter how much you dislike them, you wouldn't want to see them gone.
Challenge
Challenges are barely a thing at Magnifique Ecrivaine Creatives ® because we love writing especially when it comes to unique stories like this one, where everything happens in a Day.
Goal
Our goal with this story was to create a short film of 30 minutes that tells the issues half siblings face.
Where a particular sibling hates one because of one reason or another, of not being born by the same mum or dad. At the end of the script, we made the young man realise that he could lose the same sibling he so much dislikes and cannot stand her presence.
Result
Our message was properly passed to the public as people commented their thoughts and feelings, and how they could relate to sibling rivalry which can go on for years.
Some after seeing the film, decided to make peace with their siblings as it may be their sibling’s last day on Earth.
The script was shot in January, 2023 . It was released on the 17th of February, 2023, on HenryzHouz Entertainment TV YouTube channel.
